Ele Cartoon TV is an Indian cable and under developing satellite television channel operated by Ele Entertainment. This channel is specially designed for young learners as they explore the world. It focus on encouraging development of educational values and basic skills to help learn more about the world with new episodes every week available on their YouTube channel for free.
